Job Description – Marketing Communications Specialist

• Remote US Based

Description of Duties: 

• Work with CSO to develop and execute marketing strategies for projects and products, including company websites and social media 
• Work closely with the CSO on program development, implementation and tracking 
• Create and execute integrated lead generation programs across all products and solutions 
• Analyze data to determine campaign efficacy 
• Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand and positioning guidelines 
• Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to CSO 
• Manage tradeshow/conference participation 
• Generate marketing materials to include data sheets, white papers, etc. based on content provided, and to make recommendations on content to highlight 

Qualifications 

• Direct healthcare experience required 
• Superior written and verbal communication skills 
• 3+ years experience in an external marketing communications role 
• Strong organization and prioritization skills 
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and web analysis tools 
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment 
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs and Adobe design applications 
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills 
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and work well in a team environment 
• Start-up, young company experience 
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines 

Nice to Haves 

• Pathology industry experience 
• AI applications and/or digital pathology experience 
• IT Services and Support experience 

Work Environment 

• Requires travel, estimated at 30%
